We operate an e-shop on the website aroma-deva.com.
We process some personal data when selling goods and operating our websites.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").

Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you contact us in connection with our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you provide to us via the contact form:
- first name, last name
- telephone number
- e-mail address
- customer address
- delivery address
- IP address
For what reason? Based on this data, we will contact you in connection with our offer of goods.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR – performance of a contract or measures prior to the conclusion of a contract.
Processing period: Maximum 3 years from the last communication.
Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract:
- first and last name
- address
- invoicing data
For what reason? In order to be able to fulfill contractual and legal obligations (delivery of goods, accounting and tax purposes).
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) lit. b) and c) GDPR – performance of a contract and legal obligation.
Processing period: During the provision of services and for 3 years after their termination.
Newsletter (commercial communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not refused marketing messages, we may send you our marketing communications.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest (marketing communication).
Processing period: 3 years from the last purchase.

II. Who will have access to the data?
Your personal data will remain with us. Only cooperating entities may have access:
- Shoptet a.s. – operator of the e-shop platform
- Shipping companies (Packeta, DPD)
- Payment companies (ShoptetPay)
- E-mailing service providers (Mailchimp, Gmail, Google Ads, Marketplace)
We process personal data only within the EU.
