How to return goods?
Goods purchased in our online store can be returned without giving a reason no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
As soon as the goods are back with us, we will refund your money within 7 days.
We will refund you the full amount for the goods including postage.
The shipping costs for returning goods are paid by the customer.

Packaging
Carefully pack the goods in a box and include the invoice, which you will find attached to the confirmation email. -

Write us a simple email at dimon.ilyuk.25@gmail.com that you are returning the goods. Don't forget to include your IBAN bank account number so that we can send you the money back, and your order number. -
